Gordon (Gary) Smith

Gary has 28 years experience in multi-disciplined commercial real estate. Since 1980 he has held his Texas Real Estate Commission - Broker’s License. These years have provided in-depth knowledge of Asset Management, Commercial Sales, Acquisitions, Finance, Leasing, Tenant Representation, Planning, Construction Management, and 1031 Exchanges in a variety of over 1,000 Commercial Transactions.

Gary graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1981. Gary lives in Dalworthington Gardens, Texas, with his wife Karen and children Natalie, age 20 and Gordon III, age 10.

Gene Fichte

Gene has owned and operated PhotoMarketing Associates, a marketing & advertising firm, since 1987. During this time he has developed successful marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. In the last several years he has dedicated a good deal of time to helping clients market and sell real estate. Gene’s real estate clients benefit from his professional background in marketing and photography and he works hard to ensure all client listings are positioned for maximum exposure and receive the best possible price.

Gene is responsible for property photography and developing marketing strategies and materials for both print and web.
